SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How we Deliver to You
At The Mothersheep Org we use The Royal Mail for all of our shipping. All shipping fees are calculated by the weight of the products you order to ensure you get the best deals on shipping! All shipping methods, fees and shipping times are clearly stated at the checkout so you're not going to be in for a nasty surprise! We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours from the point of order confirmation, though this can vary depending on the volume of orders we recieve in a day.
If you want us to ship by a specific courier please contact us via help@mothersheep.org and place your order via email, we can send you an invoice manually to make sure you get your products shipped exactly how you want them to be shipped!
Please be aware all of the shipping times listed on our shipping options are approximates and may vary depending on the busyness of the season or on delays in the postal system, typically they are very consistent and the likelihood of orders being delayed is minimal. If you're still waiting on your order to be delivered after two weeks, from point of order having received a shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate the issue and send out a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Curious About Returning Goods?
Dissatisfied with the items you've received? Well that just won't do! We guarantee satisfaction with all orders, so please get in contact with us and let us know what's wrong with the product you've received. We'll help you as best we can to get a replacement to you or refund the product, and figure out why you weren't satisfied with the item to ensure it's not a problem again!
Simply changed your mind on your order and want to return or the item? That's fine with us! If the item is undamaged you can send it to us via our PO box ( PO BOX ADDRESS ) or our main address you can find on our contact page. We can offer to either send you a different item as an exchange or refund you for the cost of the item. If the product has been damaged, we can only refund or exchange to the value of 50% of the product.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Our World to Share
We, like many, are concerned about the environmental impacts of our business and day to day lives. As climate change takes its toll and pollution from packaging damages ecosystems, we can't stand by idly or participate, which is why we have this environmental policy.
Some of the ways we do our part are...

We do our best to ensure all our packaging is recyclable and/or made out of recycled materials, printed with environmentally safe ink and shipped in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

All scrap materials, packaging and other typical rubbish items are either kept and recycled into products, development projects or packaging, or recycled with local recycling authorities.

Where possible, we source local, and where we can't source local, we ensure all our suppliers have strict environmental policies, certificates of environmental compliance and stick to all local targets ragarding emissions and waste.

We do our best to use sustainable, recyclable or recycled materials for applicable products, and try to seek natural alternatives to synthetic materials where they are available and viable for use.

We have an in-office energy saving policy to ensure our use of electricity, gas and water is as minimal as possible, we've exchanged hot air blowers for blankets and insulation, and AC for strategic venting and a cool ground floor office.

All employees have the option to work flexibly from home- saving a trip and their fuel, and we do our best to only recommend that local (walking, biking or short bus-ride distance) employees travel in to the office!
